Terms of service.

The scan

You may scan domains you own or have a legitimate interest in. We fetch public pages only, at a polite rate, and we respect robots.txt. Results are automated and may be wrong. We say what we checked and show the evidence so you can verify it.

Paid reports and monitoring

Audits

Fixed fee, paid on booking, delivered within 10 working days of kickoff or account access. Full refund if we have not started. Deliverables are described on each audit page and in the order.

Retainers

Monthly fee within the published range, three-month minimum, invoiced monthly, 30 days notice after the minimum.

What we do not promise

Rankings, AI citations, traffic, or revenue. We promise the work described and honest reporting of what it did.

Teardowns

Teardowns describe public footprints only. If you represent a company in a teardown and believe a fact is wrong, email hello@growthauditor.ai with the correction and we will verify and update within 5 working days.

Liability and law

Liability is capped at the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the law stated in your order. Plain language; not legal advice.
